  • You must be the original purchaser and have proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or confirmation email).
  • Returns and refund requests must be made within the time frames listed below for each product type.
  • Items that are damaged, altered, or used beyond normal testing may not be eligible for a full refund.

2. Physical Products (Robots, Smart Gadgets & Accessories)

2.1 Return Window

You may request a return or exchange for most physical products within 30 days of the delivery date.

2.2 Condition of Returned Items

  • Items must be in their original condition, with all included accessories, manuals, cables, and packaging.
  • Items showing excessive wear, misuse, or damage caused by the customer may be refused or subject to a partial refund.
  • For health and safety reasons, certain items (e.g., wearable devices or items that contact skin) may not be returnable if opened, unless defective.

2.3 Non-Returnable Physical Items

  • Items marked as final sale or non-returnable on the product page at the time of purchase.
  • Customized or special-order items, unless they arrive damaged or defective.

2.4 Defective or Damaged on Arrival

If your item arrives damaged or appears defective on arrival, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We may request:

  • Photos or videos showing the issue.
  • The serial number or product ID (if available).

After reviewing your claim, we will offer one of the following solutions, depending on availability:

  • Replacement of the same item
  • Repair (if applicable)
  • Store credit or a full/partial refund

2.5 Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged or defective product), we will cover reasonable return shipping costs or provide a prepaid return label.
  • If the return is due to a change of mind, wrong size, or other non-defect reason, you may be responsible for return shipping costs.

3. Digital Products (E-Books, AI Tools, Downloads & Online Content)

3.1 Instant Delivery & Access

Our digital products are typically delivered instantly via download link or email. Because access is granted immediately, we treat most digital purchases as non-refundable once the content has been accessed or downloaded.

3.2 Refund Eligibility for Digital Products

You may be eligible for a refund on digital products if:

  • You were charged but did not receive access or download links.
  • You experienced a technical issue on our side that prevented you from accessing your purchase and we are unable to resolve it within a reasonable time.
  • You were charged in error or experienced a duplicate transaction.

In these cases, please contact us within 7 days of purchase, and include your order number and a description of the issue.

3.3 Non-Refundable Digital Purchases

  • Digital content that has already been downloaded, accessed, or consumed.
  • Products purchased as part of a bundle where the main value has been delivered.
  • Promotional or discounted digital items clearly marked as non-refundable.

4. How to Request a Return or Refund

  • Order number
  • Email address used at checkout
  • Product name(s)
  • Reason for the return or refund request
  • Photos or videos (for damaged or defective items)

Once we receive your request, we will review it and send you instructions for shipping your item back (for physical products) or resolving your access issue (for digital products).


5. Processing of Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout, unless we agree on an alternative (such as store credit).
  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
  • Shipping fees, customs duties, or import taxes are typically non-refundable, except where required by law.

6. Exchanges

In some cases, we may offer exchanges instead of refunds, especially for defective or damaged items. If you prefer an exchange, please mention this when you contact us, and we will let you know if it is possible based on product availability.


7. Order Cancellations

For physical products, you may be able to cancel your order before it has shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it may need to go through the standard return process.

For digital products, cancellations are generally not possible once the download link or access has been sent.
